I think it is probably safe to say I think this could be cancelled... There have been rumors that Epcot may not re-open with the other parts and remain close to concentrate on "finishing" the hub and entrance construction. With the cancelling of the International Program and College Program, makes sense since they will be really short handed.
They will finish Guardians, Ratatouille... but I could see the central hub project changed to complete quicker and much cheaper and the outright delay/cancellation of Cherry Tree Lane, Waters of Moana and the SSE redo... _________________ Up or Down North, South, East, or West An Adventurer's Life is Best!
if they do a partial lifting of restrictions, it could allow much of the construction to resume while parks remain closed. Could get a lot of work done.

The biggest issue at this point is cash flow... there is no cash flow at the moment and will only be a trickle when the parks actually open. _________________ Up or Down North, South, East, or West An Adventurer's Life is Best!
