Disney just slightly relaxed the mask requirements -

My mask is staying in place.
Doesn't matter, I'm not going until everything is back to normal.

Fast pass: Balloon - so pricy for something that's going to be left at the resort when you check out by most guests.
Standby: Popcorn bucket - cool designs, but would be the same issues as a balloon - no room in the suitcase to fly home with it.
Skip: Mickey ears

Standby: Appetizer - wife and I split one, if there's one on the menu that looks good
Skip: Entree's enough by itself - although it probably should be in a lot of cases!

Classic ride you'd love to turn the Imagineers loose on with an unlimited budget to redo:
Haunted Mansion
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of the Caribbean

Fastpass: Pirates (maybe include more scenes/characters from the movies)
Standby: Haunted Mansion (leave the movie out of this, but maybe make the moving parts do more than just go up & down for instance)
Skip: Jungle Cruise. It's been changed enough

What will you be sad to see go as more covid restrictions are removed?
3-6ft spacing between parties waiting in line
Rest & relaxation stations where you could sit & quietly enjoy a/c
I will miss none of them.

On plus side (I think) Disney is keeping virtual queues for a while.
