I'd be more likely to go for the games on the Boardwalk. That stretch in Dinoland is always crazy-hot.
Yes, I have enjoyed the shooting gallery in Frontierland. Don't do it every trip, but it's fun, and it's in the shade!
Let's take some of that 60 billion and make an attraction truly state of the art:
Spaceship Earth or Space Mountain? |

Spaceship Earth but make the smell of the fall of Rome? Alexandria? more pleasant please. Got stuck right in front of it once. Not a magical experience...
More interesting factoid to you -
There are ~200 cats at Disneyland to control the rodents OR
There are ~ 400k bats in bat houses around WDW to control mosquitos? (400k according to a couple of sources. ) |

Love both of these, actually, but I’ll go with the bats. Growing up in Kansas and now living in the Ozarks, bat houses on a house high up under the eaves are not uncommon things to see. Actually even made a few of them myself.

Getting a second go on a ride would be awesome! Had it happen on the Matterhorn at Disneyland on the only trip we've ever made out west.
Halloween costume of choice:

Tower of Terror bellhop by a nose. Both are equally cool though.
Bigger draw for you:
Wilderness Lodge Cabin with hot tub or
Polynesian over the Water Bungalow with plunge pool (unheated) |

Wilderness Lodge Cabin...can't pass up the opportunity for a hot tub after a long day at the parks.
You have an hour before your ADR at Ohana , do you enjoy a cocktail in the lobby of the Floridian and listen to the pianist or do you relax on the beach with a pre-dinner Dole Whip? _________________ Is it time to go to WDW yet? |

I’ll take the dole whip on the beach and hope I don’t nod off and sleep through my ADR!

Orange Dream please!
Would you rather come up with new ideas for Flower & Garden topiaries or new themes for Christmas trees? |

I think the topiaries would be a lot of fun! And being original might be a bit easier with them, over tree decorating, too.
You arrive at your resort mid afternoon (3:00-4:00). Do you head straight to a park to get in as much of a day there as you can or do you explore the resort and maybe hit Disney Springs? |

That depends upon our estimated time of arrival to the hotel. In general, we don't bother with a park ticket the 1st day. Explore a resort or two, try to have dinner somewhere we've never been, drinks at Bellevue or Crew's Club.
Add Brer Rabbit et al to the cemetery at Haunted Mansion or a handover picture inside the Moana ride somewhere? |

Would love to see a picture (at the minimum) on the new attraction. Would be awesome if they'd sneak a full animatronic Brer Rabbit in there somewhere, but know that's unlikely.
At the exit to the Tiana ride:
Dr Facilier's Voodoo Emporium
