Yes! Disney earns no royalties when the song is played, it was meant to be a gift to the children of the world and is totally free for anyone to use. Can't imagine the company today making a decision like that!

You can see his very small sidekick on the ride if you know where to look.

The attraction certainly does involve water, but it's not in a water park.
