I HATED not having park hopper during covid.

Think I like the order you've put them in!
Fast Pass: Gingerbread Houses in the Resorts - In the past the Trees would have been my number one, but what they can accomplish making these is just amazing!
Standby: Trees, be they in the parks or at resorts
Skip: Ride overlays - "Seasoned" visitors I'm sure love these, but I always think about the people who have been looking forward to their "once-in-a-lifetime" trip to WDW and get a ride with an overlay instead of seeing it in it's true form.

Bolt (Surprising it's not a musical, given Miley Cyrus voicing a primary character)
