Have almost no personal experience with these resorts. I'll go for Pop Century.

Which should be reconfigured & utilized 1st?

"Pixar Place" outside of Toy Story Land (Studios)

The outdoor theatre where Kite Tails was performed (AK)

Both are always in desperate need of more attractions, but I'll say the outdoor theatre at AK. It's just such an obvious example of something not being used while taking up a lot of space.

James Woods as Hades is clearly the "Number 1", but who would you put in consideration for the next best villain voice casting?

This is a tough call...Think I'd pick Liberty Tree, for the nostalgia of the traditional meal.
