Have almost no personal experience with these resorts. I'll go for Pop Century.
You're going to work with animals!
The horses over at Tri-Circle D ranch or
The Zebras over at Animal Kingdom |

Horses. Thinking they'd have a little more predictable temperaments than the zebras.
You can go back in time for one last ride:

Great Movie Ride!
Disney has so many under or not used areas & buildings in the parks.
Which should be reconfigured & utilized 1st?
"Pixar Place" outside of Toy Story Land (Studios)
Or
The outdoor theatre where Kite Tails was performed (AK) |

Both are always in desperate need of more attractions, but I'll say the outdoor theatre at AK. It's just such an obvious example of something not being used while taking up a lot of space.
James Woods as Hades is clearly the "Number 1", but who would you put in consideration for the next best villain voice casting?
Eartha Kitt as Yzma or Jeremy Irons as Scar? |

Sorry Jeremy, have to go with Eartha on this one.
Better place for Christmas dinner at Disney World?
Liberty Square Tavern in MK (very good traditional dinner) or
Whispering Canyon Cafe for all those lovely Wilderness Lodge Christmas decorations |

This is a tough call...Think I'd pick Liberty Tree, for the nostalgia of the traditional meal.
Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day:
"No thanks, just too many people" or "Would love to try it, even if it's just one time"? |

Would love to try it, even if it's just one day.
Dinner at the France pavilion or Italy pavilion? |

Italy, and it could be Via Nqpoli or Tutto Italia, either one. Really like them both!
Going to miss more when they do the Monsters re-theme at Hollywood Studios:
Mama Melrose or PizzaRizzo? |

PizzaRizzo.
HarryHausen's would be a cool concept, but I'd rather see a nicer quick service place.
Really needs a smoother ride -
