Fastpass: The Lone Ranger (have the Muppets done a Western?)
Standby: Pirates of the Caribbean
Skip: Alice in Wonderland (but not really skip)
Animal Kingdom amphitheater has barely been used since Rivers of Light closed in March 2020. What should be done with that space?
Bring back a Rivers of Light type show
Build a restaurant with seating & shade over the water (you could still see the water)
Create some kind of ride (with or without the water)

Fast Pass: Caribbean
Standby: Indian
Skip: Greek - this is actually my favorite of the three options, but I want a Greece Pavilion in World Showcase. I’m all or nothing on this one!
Character/movie that you’d give some more love to in the form of an improved attraction:
Pinocchio - Is a quick service restaurant with his name on it enough?
Lilo and Stitch - virtually no love at all in the parks
Tangled / Rapunzel - Even the best restroom in the parks is still just a restroom!

Fastpass: Tangled
Standby: Lilo & Stitch
Skip: Pinocchio
Personally, I'd stump for an Emperor's New Groove ride that involved hearing "Wrong Lever!" at the start.
Bring back
Original Figment/Timekeeper ride
The skyway across Magic Kingdom (enclosed this time so ppl can't throw things out of them)
All of the street performers

Fast Pass: Bring back ALL the street performers!
Standby: Original Figment/Dreamfinder
Skip: Sky Way over Magic Kingdom - while I like the idea, I think it would spoil the sight lines in the park.
If you could have been a part of the Disney “inner circle” during pivotal times in the company:
Late 20’s and 30’s, when the ball was just starting to roll
50’s, when Disneyland is being developed and opened
Late 60’s and 70’s, when Walt Disney World is being developed and opened

Have a Disney World airport that is a regular (not for small private planes)
Brightline train from MCO direct to a central Disney World hub with direct buses to resorts
Just bring back Magical Express already.
