It is Hayley Mills, not Pollyanna.

This movie came out about 4yrs after Pollyanna.
The character who speaks this line was in real life a very famous silent film star who had retired 20yrs earlier. Disney coaxed her out of retirement for this role.

Feel like I cheated. Had to look at a list of Hayley Mills movies. The Moon-Spinners fits. I have never seen this one, and I need to remedy that!
