Some of you may have noticed the fun avatars a few of us have been using....
<-----like this one
If you'd like me to make one for you, PM me the following information:
-favorite Park, Ride, or Character
-name you want on the avatar
-your gender
-your UAB screen name
I'll send you a few choices. It may take a day or 2, depending on how many I have to work on, but when it's done I'll PM you the link to paste in your info page.

These avatars are VERY cool, but all we ask is that you keep the width to less than 130 px. Any wider and is makes the pages look weird.
Thanks! And THANKS for doing this for everyone! They look awesome! _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Well, just sent off the PM, but I'd like to express my thanks to Ellory for this offer. This is quite generous. I can see this taking a lot of work.... |

Ellory and I discussed if he needed to join a '12-step' program for creating avatars after he designed over 10 for me. I think we might need an intervention!
(Thanks again Ellory!) _________________ John |

Thanks,
But I'm an old fart. They've found a lot of piles of dirt that are younger than me. So . . . .
What does MB you mean? Message Board you?
How do I do it?
Thanks again. I'm hoping to get in line for one of these before you get swamped, and I'll bet you do! |

"P.M." can be found at the bottom of each forum entry. You can send a personal message to that member.
Check out the first page, first entry for the information I require, and then click PM below that entry....fill out the blank form, and send it off.
...or...you can just reply in this post with the info, and I'll start working on it tonight....
(as for the "old" thing....There are more of us than you know..... ) |

Instructions for installing Icons/Avatars:
Copy the code I send you.
Go to your Account page.
Click your Info button.
scroll down to bottom of page.
Paste the code in the box for off site avatar.
click save changes
at this point you will be re-directed to your account page, and should see the new Icon/Avatar. If not, repeat the process.
If you do see your Icon/Avatar, click Done.....that's it! |
