Lookin pretty dead now.. & has for quite a while. Wonder what's up.. "Wonders of Life"..
I think it will exist as a "Festival Headquarters" or Special events pavillion like "World Showplace".. As I have mentioned before, EPCOT seems to be changing to more of a "here and a little into the future" format, as it used to be more dedicated to "the future". According to the lazy general public, this is a more interesting subject than Imagining the future, past history and beyond the known, as well as the world as we know it, which is what EPCOT was originally all about. We popped in during the food and wine fest in oct. Hadn't been in there in about 15 years. Got excited for a moment when I saw the signs of former attractions still there.
At least Donna got to see the inside even if there were no attractions other than a wine tasting going on. _________________ [ |

People want entertainment, not education. Sad but true. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Are you kidding? Hot August day and a 45 minute ride....best nap of my life. : )
Seriously, the best thing about Ellen is Bruce Broughton's amazing score. |

I remember my first trip to Epcot in 1988. The general thought then was that Epcot is okay, but kind of educational. Not too many rides. That was the legacy that Epcot grew up with. It was considered a 1 day visit. I don't even think we got to World Showcase on that trip, or maybe even the next.
Now, this is our favorite park next to MK. _________________ [ |

We were the same way Frank. Even Elizabeth asks to go to Epcot now. _________________ *~deb~*

Sorry, but I get so cranky when I think about the EPCOT attractions that pass away. Don't mean to be so grouchy on the matter. |

Folks did not mention Cranium Command, which is a great attraction.
It would be nice if they could find a way to bring some life back to this, or take it out and allow something totally new. |
