and there is nothing like UAB everyday ... ( who needs pictures) ???

( besides I've rubbed all the images off of mine I have been looking at them so much) Embarassed

Man I sure feel better knowing that I'm not the only Disney addict. LOL!! The UAB site is a wonderful thing. When I found the old "If You had Wings" song I felt as if I had found a long lost friend.

We booked for Marathon Weekend a few weeks ago and never got any mail or email notifications. We were only able to pull up one of the reservations on line. We had to call back and were told that Disney was having some reservation and notification issues. The cast member we spoke to basically had to redo all 3 reservations. They were linked to incorrect phone numbers and a few other issues. And it took them a while to find our October trip, even though we had the confirmation number and were able to see it on line. Even after all the time online, one of the January trips can't be pulled up online, even though we got the mail notification.

Has anybody else experienced this. I would hate to show up at the resort and not have a reservation. Now we'll have to be watching for Magical Express vouchers to show up or we'll be on the phone again.

Luckily, Kim and I have received our confirmation in the mail, and when we called to make our dining reservations, everything came up, so we're ok...but thanks for the Heads-Up!!

*sigh* I still have nearly a year till our next Disney vacation. If it wasn't for UAB, I don't know how I would stay sane, waiting for that magic day to come. Very Happy

We MIGHT be there...I wanted to do the Disney backstage Experience from Disney Adventures (back stage at all the Disney studio places in California) for my b'day but it's a tad expensive so I may have to settle for a week in WDW for my birthday.

We'll keep you posted.

GrumpyDaddy and I will be going back in August for 10 days Disney Fan

We traded for a timeshare just offsite for part of the trip. I'm not sure where else we'll be staying - maybe someplace special if some good AP rates come out. I still have some planning to do but the plane tickets have been bought Plane

so it's definite!

I can't say I'm crazy about the heat in August, but I can go twice as long without worrying about our daughter missing school. And besides, it can be just as hot and humid up here in August. If I have to deal with the heat, I'd rather do it in the Happiest Place on Earth!! I can always have a Mickey Bar to cool off
