Snow should start in the next few hours and depending on where you live you
might get 3 - 6 inches or even 6 - 10 inches in the northern parts of the state. |
I can hardly wait. Notice the sarcasm in my voice? _________________ *~deb~*

the snow starts. |

I may just take it upon myself to leave without waiting for her to tell me I can. I'm not getting stuck on the road on New Year's Eve. _________________ *~deb~*

Happy you did make it home!
Here the snow is now slush and we're supposed to have more of the rain/snow mix which never really accumulates. At least it's cool out and there is still some snow on the ground!
I like winter.

Today it is just mostly sunny and COLD!!!
It is only 8 degrees to start this morning and with the wind it doesn't even feel
that warm.
I guess any thought of the snow melting today is out.
Sound like a good day to stay in and take down the rest of the Christmas decorations. |

As cold as it was in our area today, some of the snow managed to melt. _________________ *~deb~*

We woke today to black ice and temps in the low 30's. Main roads were OK, but the back roads were a skating rink! My daughter's school had a 2 hour delay today.
It's supposed to warm to the 40's and all the bad ice stuff should go away...then we get rain! YAY!! _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Mid 70's and sunny. Lows tonight in the upper 50's. Ooops! That's not here. That's in Orlando where DLEARS, me, and GrumpyDaddy will be in a few days.
And before you go getting all nasty. remember that I haven't seen the Mouse in a year. Unlike a certain Mouse girl who has left her husband at home twice this year to go see Mickey. _________________ [ |

We have had snow changing to ice changing to rain all in the past 10 hours.
Just heavy rain now.
I just hope this nasty weather doesn't effect my fight out of Providence to WDW this evening. |

This morning was ugly ~ my daughter's flight was pushed out an hour due to the ice. She was happy to report arrival in DC waiting for her next flight to final destination of Orlando. Grumpy, you should be fine this evening. Currently it's 34 degree's with light rain.
