I suppose I better do an intro, huh?
Baby Le Mur, mid-30s, currently living in the UK, but an lifelong Disneyland fan ever since I first went when I was a baby. Far more fond of the mid-century music/rides rather than more modern innovations.
Now I listen to ride music because it completely relaxes me while I work. And if I close my eyes, I can pretend I'm there.
My favourite ride was the Peoplemover. And not just because it never had a line. |

Welcome. Glad you found us. I agree that the music puts you right in the park. We are big People Mover fans as well, and on a few recent trips we have actually seen lines to get on.

This place isn't nearly as popular as it should be. It's easily the best Disney Parks music site on the web, as I'm sure you are already quite aware, by this point. |

pugmalion1, you make a very good point. We believe we are the best out there but yet, we have a rather small following. We would LOVE to see more members, but at least those who are here are dedicated and for that, we thank you all!!

Like I said, listening to Disney Parks music relaxes me while I'm at work, especially if I need to get a lot of writing done. Just turn it on, tune out on the world, and focus on what I'm doing.
Hence the requests - if I keep requesting things I know work best, then I don't have to worry about something I don't like popping up.
And I'm finally finding out names for all those odd bits and ends that I love, like how I now know that the random piece of music I love from Animal Kingdom Asia that I occasionally hear on UAB is Sabilulungan and now I can't stop listening to it!
(If you don't like it, I apologise - I'll only request it a few times!) |
