Walk around the Swiss Family Treehouse or Moana Journey of Water?

Journey of Water is interesting, but think I prefer the Treehouse.

Tomorrowland Speedway:
Update the ride with electric cars and whatever other modern improvements can be found
Or
Create an entirely new attraction in that area?

Modernize it - electric cars definitely or maybe, small electric hovercrafts?!

Ride in the sleigh as Santa in the Christmas party parade or ride the black horse as the Headless Horseman at Hallowern?

Santa, because I think it would be more fun to actually be able to see the crowds. The Horseman rides in the dark.

A day in the parks enjoying all the different food and snacks with no attractions
Or
A day in the parks with the attractions but eating only sack lunches you brought in?
