As some of you may know, my family has a Christmas tradition that revolves around Epcot... For the last several years we have all gone to the Candlelight Processional together and have dinner before hand at Germany's Biergarten... This is an event that we look forward to all year and have a blast! We have thought about going to another restaurant, but that quickly gets turned down, we love Biergarten during Christmas too much!

Let's start at the Entrance Plaza, here are the usually Mickey and Minnie topiaries...

Donald, Goofy, and Pluto topiaries...

This is the Epcot Christmas Tree

This is the Christmas Tree in front of the American Adventure...

You've heard of a Ship in a Bottle, how about a Train in a Bootle (on a train)... This is one of the model trains that they have running around the base of the tree at AA...

Nice evening shot of SSE and the Epcot Tree from across the lagoon...

Even the mini-village at the Germany Pavilion gets decorations and lights...

This is the glockenspeil at night... really pretty!

"Ticky tacky ticky tacky, oy oy oy! Prost!" Christmas Polka!!

Here they explain the story behind and sing Stille Nacht...

Finally.... Ringing the Bells... Kling, Glöckchen

Now that we are full on brats and strudel, time for the Candlelight Processional!

Our guest speak was Andi McDowell...

For the last few years, we've had Dr. Sinclair as our guest conductor... This is the first year we had someone else (his name escapes me right now)... But he is as animatd at Dr Sinclair and was even singing along!

I am uploading a video of him, I will post the link shortly...

Here is the link for the short video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75KyVFeVIfc

And to finish things out...

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Very nice pics! I walked by the candlelight last weekend, and enjoyed the music for a few minutes. It really is pretty!

Those are great pics. Smile

Thanks for sharing the pics with the Christmas decorations.
I'll miss the decorations this year with the Marathon not being run until
Jan 13th. Smile

Great pics! We hit the biergarten every time we go to Disney. I love the Candlelight shots - I did that for three years with my choir when I was in high school, and every year was an amazing experience. I need to get down there one December to see it again.
