Okay, so I only just discovered Doctor Who a few weeks ago and have completely binge watched the rebooted series (beginning with the fantastic Christopher Eccleston). I was literally squealing with delight when I discovered that an artist and Whovian decided to depict a Disney makeover for the show.
To give credit, I believe the artist's name is Stephen Burne.
