I read about the strollers...I agree that limiting the size makes sense since the walkways in DLR are tight and those massive wagons and strollers are almost as wide as a car.
I also have to agree with no more smoking IN the parks. As a former smoker, I do sympathize with the smokers, but there really isn't a place for smoking in a family park. Here in MA, smoking was banned from restaurants and bars, and overall, it makes for a better experience, so not having to walk through a cloud of smoke will be much better.
Plus, a great many people seem to ignore the no smoking except in designated locations rule. It won't stop it since there are still people who will ignore the rules regardless, but it should reduce it. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Can't say that any of these new rules really bother me much at all. Actually happy to hear about the smoking one. It just truly amazes me that, with all that is known about how terrible for you that habit is, people still opt to smoke. Actually had thought that the crackdown on plastic drinking straws was a bit disingenuous, when cigarette butts are even more prolific (at least it seems that way to me). |

I forgot to mention the ice...
No loose or dry ice in coolers. I'm assuming so coolers can be checked without security having to touch. Hopefully this will speed up bag check a smidge?! |

Since the rules have kicked in at this point, has anyone been to the parks? Just curious about where the smoking areas are in relation to the entrances, and if you get to walk through a stretch that reeks like an ashtray to get to the turnstiles. |

From what I've read, the area by the MK entrance by the buses, for Epcot main entrance is off to the side of that entrance, at the International Gateway it's sill in that area up the path. For DHS, it's down by the boat launch (where it's always been) and at AK it's between Rainforest Cafe and the main entrance. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.
