He was selling trees for Donald Duck whom I didn't get a pix of because he already left. 
This is the second time I've ever seen Scrooge at WDW outside of when he was in a stage show when Mickey's Toontown Fair was still known as Mickey's Birthdayland.

I don't think I've ever seen Scrooge on any of my trips. Very nice pics.
