The muppet set is in the muppet store, just outside of the exit to Muppet-Vision 3D (at the corner with Mama Melrose)....

The stormtroopers are CMs or members of the 501st, it was taken during Star Wars weekends...

We've never been in that store. It seems the more I go to WDW, the less I know about it.

I'll have to check it out next time we visit.
