I'm trying to listen both through iTunes and Windows Media and its not working. Is it my computer? PLEASE HELP!!! It said for Windows Media that they can't play this because of a network error. Maybe that the server is down.

1st Class is down right now. We're working to resolve the problem.
Try at the slower or higher speed, those are good to go.
