it was on for all of a few seconds...That doesnt count!

Incidentally....That was an old bumper that was recorded to let people know when things were being restarted...Since we don't do restarts anymore...The actual statement of a "restart" taking place...is meaningless. we've been up for over 31 days without a restart. However if there is a routing problem where the Broadcast Server can't talk to the Stream Server...then this issue will come up and unfortunately certain routing issues our out of our hands (Circuits could be down...router hardware could go bad)...I guess I can have the MCP record something new that fits our current needs.

Added as number 376 on the UAB to do list Wink.

If not one the list... I may have a 377 for the list.

When on the Now playing dialog. If I click a link on a "Recently Visited Destinations:". the recent track is displayed, but if I press refresh, it reloads the Now Playing dialog in stead of the Recently visited I was viewing. This may be intentional, in which case please ignore this post, but it was unexpected.

I know I saw this once before on another dialog, but do not recall which one.

yeah it's the way the UAB module is....each module is anchored to a specific major portion of the site (which are listed in the Broadcast module). On some of them if you go deep enough into the features, hitting refresh will bring you back to the starting point for that module.

This is a very minor nit, but it may be an indication of bigger issues:

In the past week or so, the "Time Left" field has been way way off. For instance, I'm looking at the Haunted Mansion Body thud track that has 6 seconds of total time, and it says there are over 3 minutes left. I've mentioned this before and I know it's been said that it's just the way things are, but I this is the first time that I've seen this issue since you guys switched servers. Note that this seems to happen even if there aren't any bumpers playing after the track. Additionally, it seems to be lagging more than usual (about 2 minutes behind).

Just thought you'd like to know. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

There are two factors that effect "Time Left":

1) Site server clock and broadcast server are not in sync
2) Hidden tracks/bumpers/promos/etc.

If you combine the two, you get a clock that can be WAY off.

Thanks for the heads up. We'll try and get the clock back in sync soon.

Oh no... might this be a cause for the long forgotten reboot?

Not at all. It's just syncing the clocks, that's all. But it has to be done carefully so it doesn't effect any time functions.

The system is still running without the need of a reboot.
