3) Yes, it is a person (could be more than one though).
4) Yes, this person(s) is(are) seen at one specific park.
5) Yes, this person(s) is(are) male (from what I have seen, but that certainly doesn't mean that it(they) could not be female).
6) No, he/the is/are not in an animated feature. (I am just going to keep it male, but keep in mind that it could be female as stated in Number 5.)
7) Yes, he/they is/are associated with an attraction.
8.) No, this person would not be found in the Magic Kingdom.
9) No, this person would not be found at MGM Studios.
10) No, this person would not be found at the Animal Kingdom.
11) No, it is not Figment.
12) As stated in number 3, it could be one or more persons. I have always seen more than one person.
13) No, they would not be found in EPCOT's FutureWorld.
14) No, not found at World Showcase.
15) No, not found at the EPCOT entrance.
16) No, not found in DCA.
