Account issue?

Dear UAB Admins,

Not sure who I should exactly be directing this question to, but I figured this would be a good place share my problem.

When I sign into my account at the top left of the screen, everything is fine. It brings me to my account page and allows me to make any changes to my information.

Here's my issue. When I try to sign in on the "Now Playing" screen in order to see tracks that are soon to be played and tracks that have been previously played, it does not let me through. This problem also does not allow me to request tracks to be played.

Unfortunately, I have had this problem for the last month hoping it would just go away. I have tried signing in on several computers, but they are all the same. Fortunately, this problem has not affected my music-listening ability on UAB, but I would still love to request some tracks again!
