Hydrate!!! We each carry around an empty 16.9 oz coke bottle every day that we refill with water multiple times, basically every time we pass a fountain. Spike them about every other time with one of those â€œPropelâ€ energy/electrolyte booster things.

I think Lone Ranger would be tough to design without falling foul of bad stereotypes.
