Hocus Pocus?
Which I'm embarrassed to say I've not seen the entire movie. |

Excellent guess, and certainly in the right vein, but not the one. The subject of this movie, like Hocus Pocus, is also a big favorite of guests during the Halloween parties. |

Don't remember when it was released, another movie I haven't seen, but what about Haunted Mansion? |

Yes! This was said by Madame Leota to Eddie Murphy's character. |

This one might be a little tough-from a movie that didn't get a ton of love when it was released.
"How do we steer? Who knows how to steer? None of us - we're animals! GREAT!" |

If Madagascar was a Disney movie, that would have been my guess. Since it isn't, I'll guess Zootopia? |

Not Zootopia, but I believe this movie came out right around the same time as Madagascar. |

Not a lot of love? Anthropomorphic animals? Home on the Range? |

Not Home on the Range. These animals were a bit less domesticated. |

Not Chicken Little (which definitely is a Disney movie). The movie in question is extremely comparable to Madagascar, only Kiefer Sutherland voices the lion in this one. |

Kiefer was in one of the best Three Musketeers remakes. (w/ Oliver Platt, Charlie Sheen & Chris O'Donnell)
And oh yes! The Wild? |
