Is it the Lady & the Tramp? I think I remember "Darling" as in Jim Dear & Darling being shown pregnant at the end of the movie? |

I think my question was missing a key word, should have said "visibly" pregnant woman. I believe you are actually correct regarding Darling in Lady and the Tramp, but that wasn't the answer to the question as I found it. This movie is more recent than Lady and the Tramp, although there are both animal and human characters in the story. |
