Not the Evil Queen
Not The Wicked Stepmother
Not Cruella De Vil

I would guess the Queen of Hearts but she does not have magic.

The only other one I can think of is Mad Maddam Mim - But she is a witch not a human.

Well it could't be Malicefent, because she is an evil fairy according to the movie, and not a witch. Is the the WITCH from Snow White?

Yes Malificent. If you read the above it asks not if she is a fairy but if she is one of the Disney Faries, she isn't, she is one of the Disney Villians. Also, I said witches could be human.I never said she was a witch, all I said was she could do magic.
