Frank and I used to work together...we've tried interventions...they don't work.

Just give him a few pints, a little pat on the head and tell him "Everything will be just fine". He'll rock back and forth a bit, drink his pints and be fine.

While it's not the greatest quality shot, heres a webcam of EPCOT you might check out. It's mounted somewhere on the Swan & Dolphin I think. and pointed towards the construction.
