Never visited the chamber, but worked at Backstreet untill 01, 2.5 yrs! Whew! I can't wait to move back to a city that has real culture! Daytona was a horrible experience ( nothing against Orlando natives, MUCH better than Daytona! I have also always loved the latino community). All there is in Daytona is motorcycles, Budweiser, and spring breakers it seems.
Some how cheese crackers seem appealing to me byt cheese cookies. not so much. Glad some on tried this. I'd be curious how the batch with the modified instructions work. (Dark brown sugar, less vanilla, etc.)

The funny things about the cookies is they actually got better after 1 day in a tupperware container! The vanilla mellowed out, but, it was still pretty a sweet cookie. I'll try to get batch 2.0 done soon.
