Why is it I can't request a track that has a hand on the icon button. Is it because it is no longer here or is this only for the special people? lol

Icons that have a "Hand" on them are tracks that have been requested or played within the last 12 hours. This is so the same tracks aren't requested REPEATEDLY throughout the day. If you hover your mouse over the icon you'll see when the last time the track played or was requested.
If new tracks are added to the library, you'll also see this icon for X amount of weeks depending on your Status Tier. These will be easily identified by a yellow "NEW" that appears next to the track name.
As of now, all tracks in the library are available to all users. New tracks will be coming along shortly.
