Picketing outside of Disneyland over VMK

Just thought everyone might get a chuckle over the fact that certain people have now begun picketing to save VMK. Last I've heard, there were about 25 people...

I'd think a Virtual Picket would be more in keeping with the spirit of the thing.

And if Disney shutting down a virtual park is the biggest thing they have to complain about, they are actually having a pretty good day.

I play vmk. It's a nice relaxing break from real life, and its a nice remenance of the parks. But this has taken it too far. I think this is giving vmk players a bad name. I mean come on! I'm sad to see it go, but everything changes, and i'm at the point where i don't really care that it's closing. But picket lines at DLR is just too much.

So, this last round of boycotts.. the guy to be the best man at my wedding got arrested! I called him to ask how it went and then saw his picture on Mouseplanet.com. Don't worry, it wasn't the guy dressed like Mickey.

I'm proud of him.

He was picketing over contract negotiations Disney has been having w. its hotel workers. It wasn't VMK. If it was VMK, I would have been all over him! Very Happy
