the new DCA nighttime spectacular iis said to be housing some pretty nifty water effects....I have my doubts, but this could definitely beef it up a bit.

It seems liek Fantasmic would be a better canidate for that than the new DCA show. Having floating bars in the middle of an open lagoon is just a bit odd.

I guess I would wonder if you would sink this and have it rise up to do its thing or float it out on barges instead.

The other thing that struck me was: Gee this seems like such an obvious thing to do, I wonder why no one thought of this until now.
