Who have you told about UAB?

As we get closer to the elusive 3000 member mark, I started wondering about all the folks who have joined UAB as a referral of someone else? Who told you about UAB? and who have YOU told about UAB?

( Remember, if you get a friend to sign up, you are awarded flyer miles, if they list you as a reference when they register.)

I posted something about it on a Disney fan running site when someone asked about park music. (Runningoftheears.com)

I also told my therapist. He wants me to quit talking to imaginary people.

I can't remember how I found out about UAB, it was a long time ago. I think it was linked on another site.

I told sarah91182, but I neglected to tell her about the referral bonus! Oops!

Everyone that has come into my various offices over the past 4 years and heard it playing 10 hours a day 6 days a week from my desk..... Smile

Strange thing tho, all left with weird looks on thier faces... Confused

I doubt any of them rushed right over to sign up and play it at thier desks... Oh well..........They don't know what they are missing!! Razz

I heard about UAB from theEpiphany, who I knew through the Doombuggies board. Gosh, that was YEARS ago. I've told a lot of people. My mom and my friend Elyse (Saffron on here) are as enthusiastic about UAB as me.

I found it while randomly searching the boards for info on the Utilidors. I believe it was right before a major change in format.

I've told several folks, but not through the referral program.

I stumbled across UAB after my College Program ended with WDW and I felt myself needing something to keep that part of myself happy. I think I found it in a Winamp search when I got bored listening to ambient and 80's music as I worked.

I tell EVERYONE about UAB- I think to the point of annoying some of them. Not that they dislike UAB, they're just not huge Disney park music fans like I am. Several friends of mine have signed up for UAB, but I don't think they post here at all(this was also before flyer miles were awarded as well).

After my mom, Sweetie523, told me about this website, I told a few friends who are Disney fanatics!! Now they've joined.....and thank you to them for the free flyer miles. Wink

I work for a major airline in a "hub" and I have quite a few Disney friends that fly down to the world once a month. I have told them all about UAB and have even referenced them to your Facebook page!! Smile
