I don't know if anyone of you may be experiencing some problems with confirming ID for making a request. So far, I've logged in to confirm my identity before starting my request, but I end up with a '404-page' instead of being ready to request. Anything technical behind this or is it just me having problems with getting my ID verified to use the request services?
