Freezing rain, and cold, very, very cold. Everything out the window is gray, wet and dreary looking.

The desert floor is green with "6 week grass" anxiously awaiting the burst of flowers to come - highs upper 60s low 70s and nights in low 40s - Chamber of Commerce weather for sure ...

Cold and snow here in Boston for the Patriot's Parade, but I'm toasty warm in my office. The commute home won't be fun though...

Sorry Northeasterners ... Sunny, blue skies, high clouds, light breeze and 75 ... but a storm is a brewing by Saturday down into low 60s with rain in the deserts and snow in the mountains - love late winter/springtime in the desert ... keeping eye open for wildflowers that should be emerging any day now ...

Yup...we've got an ol' fashioned Nor'Easter going on here. The snow didn't start until after 9am, and we've got over a foot by now, and it's not expected to stop until later tonight. No electrical issues (thank goodness), but everyone's been using a new term coined by The Weather Channel...Thunder Snow! Thunder and lightning with the snow. I haven't seen that since The Blizzard of '78!

Sunny days are headed your way - another 70+ day here and sunny ... but ... storms will start arriving early tom and last a few days and drop us 10 - 20 degrees and then bounce right back up before another round -

Finally the cold has given way. Unfortunately it's given way to freezing. So now it is freezing, freezing, freezing. Can't wait until April and Spring.
