Fast Pass: Fix up the existing parks! Seems like the attitude is â€œbuild it and forget itâ€.
Standby: Australia. The weather, especially in the northern portion, would be perfect year-round.
Skip: South Africa, but only because the seasons are a bit more extreme than Australia.
