What animated character was first called Homer, Rags, and Bozo in early scripts?

Nope. Animated feature involved both human and animal characters. Marty Mcfly could have seen it new in theatres in the first Back to the Future movie.

Picturing the two, off the top of my head I can think of very little they'd have in common! Can't recall Roz ever saying anything to the effect, but I think my first guess will be they both detest capes?

Nope, not last minute additions, but the characters in the script were described much differently from the real life actors.
