THANK YOU to those who donated in April!

On behalf of the entire UAB Community and staff, we’d like to give a huge THANK YOU to all of the generous members who were able to donate in the month of April. Those incredible people were:
disney3xjc, InnerseekerOrlando, JTToad, kjturmel, LlamaLlover, napabeth, ocmsma, onecutemoose, ratstick, and wdwaddict.
And we’d also like to give a SPECIAL congratulation to LlamaLlover, who is this month’s winner of being promoted to Diamond Status. Due to the broadcast being down, last month’s and this month’s winners will continue to have Diamond Status until (at least) one month after the broadcast is returned.
Your generous donations go to things like our monthly server bill and licensing fees.
Your efforts are appreciated by everyone here at UAB. Without these donations, we cannot operate and for that, we THANK YOU!

Emergency Shutdown of the Broadcast due to errors...

May 16, 2013 ** UPDATE**
The drive recovery is doing well. An old backup was found and if the Disney Gods are in our favor, we’ll have tracks up and running this weekend. This will give us “something” back while theEpiphany works on restoration of the remaining tracks.
We’ll also be looking in to obtaining a new broadcast server since the one we have is about 9 years old. Although we do have a lot of classic Disney music, it’s not a good idea to run that on a classic computer. :-) We’ll also be looking into a complete backup setup to help prevent this from happening again.
Again, we thank you for all your patience and support. It’s because of you, our membership, that we are here and are working to bring your beloved broadcast back to you. THANK YOU!

Due to the issues we've been experiencing with tracks and the request queue, we're performing an emergency maintenance as of now (6:45PM EDT, 3:45PM PDT) on 4/1/13.
No, this is not a joke, and we're working to make sure we're ok and not having a more serious issue.
