Shout out to the Wookies!
Fastpass: Horyuji Temple
Standby: Temple of the Forbidden Eye
Skip: Temple of Heaven
That may seem like an odd choice - I love the Japan pavilion so I'll always lean in that direction with anything, and I could probably just hang out in the Temple all afternoon.
So, for mine, I'm going to add a twist. You have to place yourself on the hottest day in California - say a boiling day in August and you have three very different options to stay cool:
The Animation Building, Splash Mountain, The Blue Bayou Restaurant

Oh, you got to do the West Coast at least once - again, I think your choices are spot on. Your offerings are a bit of a challenge because I never got to experience Mickey's Birthdayland or Starland. I had to research them online. Therefore I'm basing my reply on my research:
Fastpass: Mickey's Birthdayland (I think I would have thoroughly enjoyed it in the 80s)
Standby: Mickey's Starland (by default since ...)
Skip: Toontown (I've never been really fond of Toontown)

I'm going to give this one just one more day on the off chance someone else may want to chime in. I know this game has pretty much just come down to you and me
All the same: I've never stayed at these resorts, though I have walked through the Port Orleans (gorgious) and I had to wait outside of the Caribbean for about twenty minutes. I certainly have an opinion based on what I know about these places, but I thought maybe someone else might want to give it a go.

Okay then, it's all me:
Fastpass: Port Orleans Riverside
Standby: Port Orleans FQ
Skip: Caribbean Beach
I found the latter to be a bit tacky; I'm sure it's a delightful place to stay, and it had a relaxing air about it. I just couldn't get into it though.
Let's go Sherman Bros Disney Musicals (I'm leaving out MP because I think it would throw off the curve).
Happiest Millionaire, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, The One and Only Genuine Original Family Band
Just for fun, in parenthesis if you want to insert where you'd put Chitty Chitty Bang Bang - it's not Disney but it's definitely one of their well known.
Would be great with other people playing, but this works...

I agree, it's still fun! And look! Now I can extol the virtues of Happiest Millionaire on you - there's just something about that movie that makes me happy. I think it's the music, certainly, but there's something about it. Alas, it'll never be in a category quite like Poppins or Broomsticks, but it has its merit.
Fastpass: Davy Crockett (please, I'm a Tennessean now!)
Standby: Zorro (great midnight viewing, thank you, Vault Disney)
Skip: Swamp Fox (funnily enough, like you, I saw a little bit of it and it couldn't quite grab me).
I can't remember if we've done this one before or not:
It's Tough to Be a Bug; Honey, I Shrunk the Audience; Captain EO
(I intentionally left Philharmagic and Muppetvision out ... hehehehe)

Wow, deep into the obscure movie bin!
Fastpass: Gus
Standby: North Avenue Irregulars (I've actually never seen it before)
Skip: Unidentified Flying Oddball (I remember it boring me as a kid)
Let's spend some time with parades:
Main Street Electrical Parade, Party Gras Parade, America on Parade
