I think a channel dedicated to classic Disney from the vault would be awesome!
The animated movies being remade with live (or CGI) casts;

This is a hard one because I think the remakes have been awesome (my wife and daughter absolutely adore the Cinderella movie a few years back). I think it also helps that the studio is still producing quality animation (I'm considering Pixar studio here, because they are).
So, for now, I say keep 'em coming. On this same topic:

I'll say one a year is just about right. Often enough to sustain interest, but not too often to seem excessive.
Attractions you might like to see made into movies,
Big Thunder Mountain or Splash Mountain (without all the racial baggage of "Song of the South") |

When I saw Disney's Lone Ranger, I got really worried at the climax that they might make-over Big Thunder. All the same, I think if they put some really good story folks on it, they could reclaim Song of the South and make it sensitively enough that it could entertaining and a celebration all the same.
I'm not sure if this one has been posed, but here goes:
Three Caballeros cruise stays at the Mexican Pavilion, or does Coco take it over? |

Three Caballeros cruise stays at the Mexican Pavilion
If they want to add Coco, put it in the scene with the DÃa de Muertos celebration.
I think when they removed all the Aztec, Incan, and Mayan references, they weakened the exhibit, particularly with the outside being a temple shape.

Tough call. I do enjoy the rides, but I think I'd take more films. I enjoy learning about the representative countries, and you get more of that from the movies. The music in the videos is almost always a home run as well.
Would you rather be able to visit every Disney park worldwide or take a cruise on every Disney cruise ship? |

I want to visit all the parks. That's not to say I wouldn't love to do at least one cruise at one point, but from what I've seen and learned about the different global park experiences just seems all to fascinating.
Spaceship Earth is going down for extended rehab:
Just improve the existing show, or is it time for an overhaul (including narration)? |

Have to go with Jungle Cruise. Seems like I just about always get to sit adjacent to the boat's engine in that wonderful hot seat. Think it would be great if they could update the propulsion system on the boats. Don't want the spirit of the ride changed at all!
For which attraction do you think the better table service restaurant could be themed after?
Haunted Mansion or Tower of Terror? |

Think I'll go with keeping them original, without the Holiday theming. I enjoy it, but I always think about all the guests who might be making their one and only trip to a Disney property. They should get to see the attractions as they were originally designed.
Disneyland quick service restaurants,
Rancho del Zocalo or French Market? |
