These are the pics I took yesterday when I visited my friends at the Festival of the Masters. Our school didn't win anything (We got third last year i think), but they had a blast (And heard more Disney music than some of you play through UAB....3 days straight of Woody's Roundup and Chim Chim Cherrie got to them a bit 
theres a lot of pics, so be patient while they load.
This was my Favourite (Next to my friends' peice). Its Walt, and other important figures in Disney.
This was my friends' peice. There wasn't much contreversy over it as some would suspect. Though there were a few rather innapropriate comments made 
The artists: Ruben, Jordie, Alex (Pablo), and Sara.
WDW Ambassador
Honorable Mention: Lake Brantley High
3rd Place: Apopka or EHS....can't remember
2nd Place: The Masters Academy
First Place: Orangewood Christian
The Winning Peice
It was such a cool thing to go and see. there was a lot more art, but I had to get home and read Act IV of Macbeth. Congrats to all the artists there, and what wonderful work there was!

What an awesome job they all did! How very exciting to have friends that did some of those pieces.

yea, they were really impressed by everything there. They even got out of school Friday to go start in the competition, thats how big of a thing this was. They were really appreciative of me coming to support them and kinda boost morale after the awards were given. 
Maybe next year we'll enter into the adult division. The grand prize is 2 tickets per person to WDW and $400. Honorable Mention is just the WDW tickets.
