Where is the location? My guess would be around the boardwalk area. |
We were able to get Boardwalk view during the Food and Wine Festival last year. It's from the fourth floor in the Crest O the Wave section. _________________ --Rita |

We just got back from our Spring Break vacation. We decided to go someplace where the family could spend time together, without the distractions of rides, shows, and dining out....so we went to my sister and brother-in-laws cabin way up north in Wisconsin. If you look at a map and see where the Wisconsin/Michigan border is, put your finger in the middle...and that's it!
It was just what the doctor ordered. We bought one of those 10-in-1 game collections. We sat for hours playing checkers, yatzee, chess, dominos, scrabble, and numerous card games. We also ventured off to the nearest town (40 miles away) and went bowling....twice. We also watched a movie every night, while making s'mores in the fireplace...although one night, I made an apple crisp.
We did some serious bonding, and really had fun!
Here's the view from our room:
and here's Kim and me, looking down from the same spot:

That looks great!!
But without the Mouse the only thing my wife would have liked would
have been the s'mores.
No one around for miles sounds like a nice vacation to me. |

I love mountain get-a-ways...the rockies are my moountains of choice. Thanks for sharing...definitely makes me long for a campfire and the sound of a river rushing by my campsite!

Those are great pictures. I really miss the mountains. Living in Florida is like living in a high spot in the ocean. _________________ Jason
