Fantastic. I enjoyed these while having my Sunday morning coffee with Donna, and with UAB playing. A great way to start the day before I have to go climb a ladder in the hot and humid MA weather.
I know...While I'm up on the ladder putting up windows, I'll pretend I am working on the wand. (Did I say that outloud? I think I'd better get some help.)
Thanks Bruce. _________________ [

Thanks for the update. I've gotten used to seeing the wand, but it will be nice to see SSE back the way it was originally intended. _________________ --Rita |

Donna has never seen it any other way. She is really wondering how she'll like it. Plus SSE will be closed in October. She has never visited Epcot without riding that first thing. Good thing Mexico and American Adventure and the Rose and Crown are still there. _________________ [ |

Check out that closeup! You can see the burn marks on the structure from the torch.
WDWMagic is reporting today that Mickey's hand facing the park was removed overnight. _________________ [ |

Not to sound pessimistic but It's funny how The Disney Icon (Mickey) is being removed..but EVERYTHING Pixar is taking over. If I HAD to choose I'd rather see Disney actually use Disney created Characters rather than have Pixar EVERYWHERE,
DCA Cars Attraction / Car Land - Coming Soon
Laugh Factory - Magic Kingdom
Bugs Land - DCA
Midway Mania (whatever the current name is) - Coming soon DCA/MGM
Buzz Lightyear AB/SRS - DL / MK
Block Party Bash - DCA (soon a dumbed down version at MGM)
Monsters Inc - DCA
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage - Disneyland
Turtle Talk with Crush - DCA / EPCOT
The Seas with Nemo and Friends (Entire Pavillion)- EPCOT
Finding Nemo the Music - Animal Kingdom
Tough to be a Bug - Animal Kingdom
Club Buzz (Disneyland/Tomorrowland) Now retired)
This isn't counting the promotional quasi-temporary attractions like Toy Story Funhouse or Woody's Roundup.
I'm sure I'm missing a few. I'm not opposed to Pixar based attractions but EVERYTHING being created (the last several attractions lately) have all been Pixar with 1 or 2 exceptions (Grand Fiesta etc).
I can't recall the last truly imaginative ridethrough style attraction that wasn't previously based on a movie or TV show....RockNRollerCoaster which came shortly after CTX?
Getting back on topic...It's a step in the right direction....but something tells me that wish fulfillment will be VERY limited.
Sort of Hypocritical.... _________________

Vacation on the beach with a college buddy. Need to get some color in these white legs. I've got that farmer's tan from working on the house and need to even it out.
But Donna will have her laptop and we can hopefully find a wireless zone to tap into.
Too bad you didn't find a "vend-A-brew" _________________ [ |

Ok, this is for everyone but Frank....
Guys & Gals... I am a little concerned about Frank... I'm a little worried about his obsession regarding the wand... we might need to have an intervention...

Dave and I don't live that far from Frank. We can go over to his house if need be. _________________ *~deb~*
